We look back on successful and once again very interesting fair days.

For the fifth time FLURO exhibited on the Professional Motor Sport Expo on Cologne.

The Visitors of our exhibition stand have reacted extremely positovely to our innovations "reducing bushings" and "unilaterally closed rubber protection caps".

Up to now these bushings had been made by the customers themselves in extensive manual work.

With new reducing bushings KRC this is finally gone to the past.



Also protection of the rod ends with screwed together or riveted bolt was possible in the past only with rubber protection cap RERS opened on both sides. Now, with the  new rubber protection cap RERS B with opening on one side rod ends with screwed together or riveted bolt can be potimally protected against dirt and therefore against wear.

The huge number of the visitors also praised the high quality and the long life of our motor sport products and confirmed important successes reached using FLURO rod ends.

The feedback of our customers and the ambition to stay on top also in future incite us to force the development in motor sport sector.

A test report from a university racing team:

"Fluro Rod Ends - GAXSW MS - which were used in the suspension system - wishbones, tire-rods and pull-rods - were subjected to dynamically changeable load. During the whole operation of the vehicle - the load was transferred properly; none of the used rod.ends became loose. The quality and performande of the rodends was on a high level - no problem was encountered - and both competitions the car have entered, could be finished with full satisfaction. FLURO products have profen their build and the requested performance. Proper preparation of the elements and right application of the bearings is crucial as this may lead to failures. All in all FLURO bearings were a good choice and it will be also considered for the next projects."











New apprentices in 2011

Since September 2011 seven new apprentices and 2 students started their career at FLURO.

For the first time there are two female apprentices among the industrial mechanics.

This caused an indrease of apprentice rate to 13,85%.

FLURO mit innovativen Neuheiten

Technische Neuheiten für verbesserte Stoßbelastung und höhere Temperaturbeständigkeit

Die FLURO-Gelenklager GmbH hat in diesem Jahr eine Reihe an technischen Innovationen für die Besucher der PMW Expo im Gepäck. Das Unternehmen aus dem schwäbischen Rosenfeld präsentiert auf der Motorsport-Fachmesse neu verbesserte PTFE-Einlagen für hoch belastete Gelenklager, die aufgrund eines neu verwendeten Gleitgewebes höhere Stoßbelastungen absorbieren können. Einsatz findet das PTFE-Gewebe vor allem in Gelenkköpfen nach DIN 648/DIN ISO 12240-4 und –lagern nach DIN 648/DIN ISO 12240-1. Dazu hat sich der Rennsport-Dienstleister auch Gedanken in Punkto der Temperaturbeständigkeit seiner Materialien gemacht. So liefert FLURO Edelstahl- und Titanstangen für Turbolader oder Abgasrückführung, die bis 500°C belastbar sind. Auf der PMW Expo in Köln stellt das Unternehmen zudem ein breites Produktprogramm an Gelenklagern und -köpfen sowie Antriebs und Befestigungstechnik vor.
